You can sync contacts on all of your iOS devices via iCloud. Besides, you can export all contacts from iCloud as long as you log in iCloud.com. It is a great advantage for users who fail to get access to their devices temporarily, because they can get the complete contacts from iCloud without using the devices. You can use iCloud to back up your data or to share information with others. Once extracted, you will get the .vcf files which can be used to export or share with other applications or services.
How to Export iCloud Contacts
Step 1: Go to www.icloud.com, then log in iCloud account with your Apple ID and password.
Step 2: Select “Contacts”
Step 3: Choose one contact then press on "Command+A", if you are Mac users (Press on "Ctrl+A", if you are Windows user)
Step 4: Click on the gear button on the left-bottom
Step 5: Choose “Export vCard”, and then choose the folder that you would like to save the files. Then click on “Save”.
After you have exported the files, you’d better import them to “Contact” on your device immediately.
